We counted more than 100 managers attending the seminar, from all the plants in Bulgaria.
The CEO opened the seminar with a video on how a team of orcas in a synchronised way attacks a seal. Beautiful example of how a synchronised team achieves much more than each individual alone.
Marc de Turck delivered a unique seminar on the need of games, hats and corect communication in order to be synchronised.
He continued in the afternoon with the importance of using the correct emotions to move people and ended with admiration to make it all go right.
More than 90% of the attendees answered with superlatives on their evaluation.

Marc de Turck, known in Europe for his FreeBoss seminars and his seminars on emotions was invited as guest speaker.
Maxim opened the session with his own interest in emotions in PR.
Marc spoke about the importance of emotions.
Emotions are powerful tools of business to influence others. Logic makes people think. Emotions however make people act. A person who works in PR or marketing wants his audience to react. And in this case the reaction of the audience will depend on the emotion of the person who is communicating, but also of that of the person who reacts. That is why communicators need to know very precisely the emotions of others. To understand the emotional state of the market marketing, we have an emotional tone scale. This scale helps marketers to use the right emotion to their audience so as to get response on a message. Emotions can be used both verbally and in writing and are really the most powerful tool in PR since PR deals with human emotions and reactions.
Maxim ended the seminar with the importance – in digital media – of using content, being self-confident and above all SPEED of action (reaction) in PR in today’s difficult economic environment..
According to the evaluations made after the seminar the PR seminar was a big success.

Sofia Wednesday May 13th. Toastmasters Club Bulgaria organized a special guest speaker on their monthly club meeting. Since Vicacom is their sponsor, the club organised the lecture in one of the lecture rooms of Vivacom in the heart of Sofia. Bulgaria. The club is renown for its Leadership and Public Speaking coaching sessions.
But this time a special guest was invited, Marc J. de Turck.
In one hour, Marc showed the attendees the simplicity in using emotions as main element to get attraction and interest from the public in public speaking.
Yes they way one talks, one dresses, ones moves and the number of « ehms » one uses are important in public speaking. However, a kid gets attention via emotions and conviction. And that was the special topic to the attendees.
